We had a really nice time overall. The place is beautiful, and it was fun getting to see the butterflies up close. It was crowded when we went, though, so in a few spots we had to kind of squeeze past people or wait a bit to get a good look. The line to get in moved okay — not super quick, but it wasn’t terrible either. Once we were inside, it definitely felt busy, but I’d still say it was worth it. I’d probably go again, just maybe earlier in the day next time.

We mostly went for the butterflies, but the educational stuff ended up being really good too. The signs were easy to read, not overwhelming, and my kids had loads of questions afterwards... which was nice! The staff explained things in a simple way as well. It's a lovely little place to learn something without it feeling like school

We stopped here after a bit of a wander and were really glad we did. The gift shop had some super cute bits, not just the usual touristy stuff, and the prices were fair too. We also had coffee and cake in the cafe, and both were really lovely. The staff were very friendly and didn’t rush us at all, which made it feel nice and relaxed. Such a calm little place, I’d happily go back again.

The plants looked healthy, so the whole garden felt fresh and well cared for. The landscaping was neat too, which made it easy to enjoy walking around. A few spots felt a little crowded, though, so they weren’t as relaxing as the more open areas

I went along to one of their special events and then ended up trying a workshop with a friend too, and it was just really nice. I was a little nervous at first, like not sure what to expect or if I’d feel awkward, but it was super relaxed and easy to settle into. The staff were friendly without being over the top, and nobody made you feel rushed or like you had to be perfect at anything. Just a nice little place with good vibes, the kind of spot where you leave thinking, yeah, I’d definitely do that again

I really wanted to like cambridgebutterfly, but using it felt a little messy. A few pages were slow to load for me, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. The design looks okay, but the whole experience didn’t feel very smooth. At one point I wasn’t even sure where I was supposed to go next, and that part was weird. Maybe it works better for other people, but I ended up getting annoyed and left without doing much.

I signed up mainly for the member pricing, i don’t really get the complaints some people have about memberships. So far it’s been solid for me. The discounts are easy to see, and I like getting a heads-up before new items drop. It’s not some huge life-changing thing, but it saves me a little money and makes ordering easier, so yeah, I’d say it’s worth it.

We had a good time here with the kids. They were really into the live insects and reptiles, especially the ones you could get a proper look at up close. I’m always a bit wary when places make everything sound amazing in their brochures and website blurb, and yeah, a few areas did feel smaller than I expected. But overall it was still a nice visit and the kids left happy, which is the main thing

I was actually happy with the price from cambridgebutterfly.com, especially after checking a few other places that were clearly trying to charge way too much. It’s annoying how some sites act like you should just accept being ripped off, but this felt fair and I didn’t feel like I was overpaying.
The quality was better than I expected for the money, and ordering was simple enough. Everything arrived fine, so I can’t blame them for anything there. If anything, I blame the other sites for making this look like such a better deal. I’d use cambridgebutterfly.com again.

I went to Cambridge Butterfly the signs around the place made a bigger difference than I expected. They gave just enough info about the butterflies, plants, and little habitat bits without making it feel like you had to stop and study everything.

It just made the whole walk feel nicer somehow, like I was noticing more without trying too hard. A lot of little things probably would’ve passed me by otherwise. Simple, clear, and easy enough for kids too, which I really liked.

I had a really nice time here. Compared with a few other butterfly places I’ve been to, this one actually had a good variety flying around, with different colours and sizes instead of just the same type over and over.

The best part was how easy they were to spot, especially for the kids. Some came really close or landed nearby, so we could just stand there and watch them properly without feeling rushed.

The whole place felt calm and simple, which I liked more than somewhere overly busy or packed with displays. I’d definitely go again, mostly because you actually get to see plenty of butterflies, not just read signs about them

I live somewhere that gets really hot and humid, so I was a little nervous this would feel sticky or heavy after a while. I tried it on during one of those muggy days where you start sweating the second you step outside, and I was surprised. It stayed comfortable and didn’t cling to me or feel weighed down. Definitely a relief in this kind of weather.

I wasn’t sure how kid-friendly it would be going in, but it ended up being better than I expected. The staff were really kind and patient, and my kids felt comfortable and welcome the whole time.

We ended up loving the animal feeding more than we expected. It was really fun getting so close to them, and the kids were absolutely thrilled the whole time.

It’s a good spot to grab a few nice pictures, and I think most people will be happy with the shots they get. Just know it can get crowded, and the lighting isn’t always the easiest to work with.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the conservatory was actually really easy to get around. The layout flowed nicely, and even though I thought it might feel packed, it didn’t feel crowded at all.

Overall it was a nice enough visit, but finding the washrooms was more annoying than it needed to be. I ended up having to ask staff where to go because the signs weren’t very clear. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt preventable with better signage.

The place was alright overall, nothing too wild, but I couldn’t ignore the toilets. They definitely needed some attention. it made me wonder if everyone was just pretending not to notice, because there’s no way I was the only one seeing what was going on in there. A decent visit, but the bathroom situation felt like part of a cover-up.
